摘　　要：近年来,高校毕业生就业工作受到新冠疫情等突发公共事件的影响,加之社会经济下行和停工停业导致毕业生就业形势愈加严峻。基于突发公共事件中毕业生就业工作应急模式的现状,在马克思主义就业理论和习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的指导基础上,从政府、高校、企业、学生四个维度提出了高校毕业生就业工作应急模式的创新路径。The employment of college graduates has been seriously affected by major public emergencies,such as new coronavirus epidemic.The social and economic downturn and the suspension of work and business have led to an even more severe employment situation for graduates.Based on the current situation of the emergency mode of graduates' employment in major public emergencies and guided by Marxist employment theory and Xi Jinping Thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for the new era,this paper puts forward an innovative path for the emergency mode of employment work of colleges and universities primarily from four dimensions:government,colleges and universities,enterprises as well as students.
