摘 要:在教育场域建构视角下,以全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人为根本遵循,以思政理论与实践的相互作用为核心,以教育知识的传承传递和创新创造为载体,目前正日益形成多个教育主体相互作用、思政能量存储释放的协同育人场域。从大思政体系建设实践来看,思政协同育人能量场域的形成源自逻辑理论与具体实践的交融、基于社会关系与规则秩序的自洽、旨在历史经验与自我觉醒的聚合、重在教学空间与生活环境的共生。思政协同育人能量场域至少应当包括场域资本、场域惯习、场域主体、育人机制四个层面。在此基础上推动实现育人能量的充分储存与有效释放,需要做好场域优化和能量传播两个方面。From the perspective of education field construction,with whole-staff education,whole-process education and all-round education as the fundamental principle,with the interaction between ideological and political theory and practice as the core,and with the inheritance and transmission of educational knowledge and its innovation and creation as the carrier,a collaborative education field is increasingly being formed in which multiple educational subjects interact with each other and ideological and political energy is stored and released.From the perspective of the construction of the ideological and political system,the formation of the ideological and political collaborative education energy field originates from the integration of logical theory and concrete practice,the self-consistency based on social relations and rules and order,the aggregation of historical experience and self-awakening,and the symbiosis between teaching space and living environment.The energy field of collaborative ideological and political education should include at least four aspects:field capital,field habitus,field subject and education mechanism.On this basis,to promote the full storage and effective release of education energy,we need to do a good job in two aspects:field optimization and energy dissemination.
