摘 要:本文以圆形连接器连接扭矩过大且一致性较差问题为研究对象,利用建模软件Solidworks对该型连接器进行参数化建模,通过Abaqus、Adams和Simulink的协同仿真对连接器连接分离过程进行数值模拟。确定影响连接器整机连接扭矩过大和一致性较差问题的关键参数,从而优化圆形连接器连接扭矩,提炼出共性基础技术向全国连接器厂推广应用,为用户提供对接平稳顺畅的连接器。In this paper,theexcessive connection torque and poor consistency of J599 series cylindrical connector are taken as the research objects.SolidWorks modeling software is used to carry out parametric modeling for this type of connector.The separation process of J599 connector is numerically simulated by the co-simulation of Abaqus,Adams and Simulink.The key parameters that affect the excessive connection torque and poor consistency of the whole connector are determined.So as to optimize the connection torque of the J599 series cylindrical connector,extract the common basic technology to promote the application to the national connector factories,provide the connector with smooth connection for users.
