摘 要:在球-球和尖-板电极下测量了新型环保绝缘混合气体CF_(3)SO_(2)F/N_(2)和CF_(3)SO_(2)F/CO_(2)的工频击穿电压,分析了气压、电极间距和电场不均匀度等因素对混合气体工频击穿特性的影响,并与SF_(6)进行了对比。结果表明:稍不均匀电场下CF_(3)SO_(2)F混合气体的工频击穿电压与气压为正向线性关系,随间距增长击穿电压出现微弱的饱和趋势。极不均匀电场下CF_(3)SO_(2)F混合气体的工频击穿电压随气压变化呈现“上升-下降-上升”的“驼峰”曲线,“驼峰”峰值对应的气压值在0.2~0.35 MPa之间。其中CF_(3)SO_(2)F/N_(2)混合气体的工频击穿电压整体大于CF_(3)SO_(2)F/CO_(2)混合气体。在0.3 MPa及以上,CF_(3)SO_(2)F/N_(2)混合气体在极不均匀电场下仍可保持较高的相对SF_(6)绝缘水平,具备良好的应用潜力。The power frequency breakdown voltages of a new eco-friendly insulation CF_(3)SO_(2)F/N_(2) and CF_(3)SO_(2)F/CO_(2) mixtures were measured under sphere-sphere and needle-plate electrodes.The effects of pressure,electrode spacing,and electric field non-uniformity on the power frequency breakdown characteristics of the CF_3SO_(2F) mixtures were analyzed and compared with SF_(6).The results show that under slightly non-uniform electric field,the power frequency breakdown voltage of CF_(3)SO_(2)F mixtures is linearly related to pressure,and the breakdown voltage show weak saturation trend with the increase of electrode spacing.Under extremely non-uniform electric field,the power frequency breakdown voltages of CF_(3)SO_(2)F mixtures exhibits"hump"curves of"rising-falling-rising"as the pressure increases,and the corresponding pressure of"hump"peak is between 0.2 MPa and 0.35 MPa.The overall power frequency breakdown strength of the CF_(3)SO_(2)F/N_(2) mixture is greater than that of the CF_(3)SO_(2)F/CO_(2) mixture.At 0.3 MPa and above,CF_(3)SO_(2)F/N_(2) mixtures can maintain a highly insulation level relative to SF_(6) under extremely non-uniform electric fields,which has good application potential.
