摘  要:“分层次结构化”实训教学方法在经过理论探讨和实践应用之后,展示出了其如下应用效果:以学生需求为导向,促进学生的全面发展;重合成——课课衔接,科科渐进;建设发展性课堂,助力教学相长。“分层次结构化”实训教学方法通过实训方案的拟定、学生助教的培训、基于学情分层的传帮带、现场的观摩和演练、课后反思和互评实现了最终实训目的。“分层次结构化”实训教学方法需要“全科”的课程团队、精心设计的实训方案、集中充足的课时为保障,以助力实战化导向下公安院校培养高素质应用型警务人才。Hierarchical and structural training method has been discussed in theory and used in teaching practice for three semesters by Department of Public Order Management in Zhengzhou Police University.It presents the following advantages in application.Firstly,it concentrates on development needs of students and promotes their comprehensive development.Secondly,it emphsizes integration by linking up curricula and instructing courses step by step.Thirdly,it creates developmental classes to promote teaching and learning process.Hierarchical and structural training method can realize the teaching objectives in the process of making the practice plan,training the student assistants,assigning the team work according to learning analysis,exchanging and drilling on the site teaching,assessing and evaluating after class.The method is carried out by all-around curricula team,guided by well-designed plan and ensured by frequent and sufficient class hours.It helps police academies to cultivate high-quality applied police talents for practice purpose.
