摘 要:通过检测查出SF_(6)断路器在固封极柱VEG处漏气点并对开关该部分解体检查分析,阐述发生漏气故障的根本原因及固封极柱VEG存在的不足,其中涉及到O形密封圈的压缩率,进一步从理论分析固封极柱VEG嵌件不行度(平面度)的问题会引起O形圈压缩率不足而导致漏气等。最后从生产工艺等方面考虑及采取有效的措施来解决固封极柱VEG不行度问题,从而保证O形圈足够的压缩率来避免漏气,再通过生产检漏验证其可行性。避免了生产返工及因固封极柱VEG不良使SF_(6)断路器投运过程中漏气而引起的事故等。By detecting and analyzing the location of leakage in the SF_(6)insulating switchgear at the VEG insulating ring,it was found that the root cause of the leakage is poor work of the insulating ring insert.This paper discusses the causes of leakage and the deficiencies of the VEG insulating ring,and proposes solutions.The compression rate of the O-ring is affected by the flatness of the insulating ring insert.This paper analyzes the theoretical issues of the insulating ring insert's flatness and the effect on the compression rate of the O-ring.Effective measures were taken to improve the work of the insulating ring insert and increase the compression rate of the O-ring to prevent leakage.These measures were tested and verified through production testing,thus avoiding production rework and preventing accidents caused by leakage during the operation of the SF_(6)insulating switchgear.
