摘  要:以往采用定制化开发自动测试系统的方式,来满足不同类型多通道射频模块组批测试需求,该方式存在重复开发,自动测试能力建设效率低的问题。本文设计了一种基于C#与XML的多通道射频模块可配置通用组批自动测试系统。该系统的硬件部分采用标准模块化组件,以适应单工位对不同台套数、不同通道数的不同类型待测设备进行测试。软件部分基于C#编译环境,结合XML格式的配置文件,以可配置的方式设计,实现了通用性和可拓展性。经过实际在产线使用证明,该系统具有配置过程简单和通用性强的优点,使用该系统可将自动测试系统的开发周期缩短70%以上,快速响应自动化能力建设需求。In the past decades,the customized automatic test system was applied to meet the requirements of different categories of multi-channel RF module group testing,but unfortunately,the testing method had poor performance for repeated development and low efficiency in automatic test capacity building.In this paper,a configurable universal automatic test system is designed for multi-channel RF module group test based on C#and XML.The hardware part of the system adopts standard modular components to test different types of equipment with different sets and different channel DUT in simplex station.At the same time,the software part is on the basis of C#compilation environment as well as XML format configuration file,and it can achieve the objective of universality and extensibility in a configurable way.Eventually,it has been proved that the system is superior in simple configuration process and strong universal ability.The development cycle of automatic test system can be sped up by more than 70%by using this system,and therefore the need of automation capacity building can be responded immediately.
