摘 要:本文对国内装备综合保障设计的现状进行了剖析,指出了作为研制工作基石的综合保障类的国军标存在缺陷,需要引入国际主流的S系列综合保障标准提升装备的保障研发能力。将S系列综合保障标准对比国军标的保障要素和工作项目,总结了现有标准的不足和差距;进一步介绍综合保障工作实施流程、综合保障计划的制定。重点分析了S系列综合保障各个规范之间的关系,各个规范开展的先后顺序。给装备综合保障设计工作提供了指导性参考。This article analyzes the current situation of Integrated Logistic Support(ILS)design for domestic equipment,points out the shortcomings of the national military standards for ILS,which serve as the cornerstone of research and development work,and proposes the need to introduce the internationally mainstream S series ILS standards to enhance the support research and development capabilities of equipment.Comparing the S series ILS standards with the ILS elements and work activities of the national military standard,summarizing the shortcomings and gaps of the existing standards.Further introduce the implementation process of ILS work and the development of ILS plan(ILSP).The focus was on analyzing the relationship between the various specifications of the S series ILS standards,and the order in which each specification should be implemented.This provides guidance and reference for the design of equipment ILS.
