摘　　要：本文主要分析2020款广汽AION Y电动汽车存在高压互锁线路故障,及无匙启动/智能进入系统控制器、整车控制模块及车身控制模块之间的CRANK信号控制线路发生故障且不存在故障代码的连环故障,使该车同时存在显性和隐性故障导致车辆不能正常启动行驶的问题,并进行诊断与排除。经过对故障点的现象分析、范围查找及诊断修复后故障彻底排除,并对故障排除流程进行总结,供广汽AION电动汽车及其他品牌电动汽车类似故障维修提供参考。This article mainly analyzes the faults of high-voltage interlocking circuits in the 2020 GAC AION Y electric vehicle,and the serial faults without fault codes in the CRANK signal control circuits between the keyless start/intelligent entry system controller,the vehicle control module and the body control module,which make the vehicle have both explicit and implicit faults,resulting in the problem that the vehicle can not start and run normally,and makes diagnosis and elimination.After the phenomenon analysis of the fault point,the range search and the diagnosis and repair,the fault is completely eliminated,and the troubleshooting process is summarized,which provides a reference for similar fault maintenance of GAC AION electric vehicles and other brands of electric vehicles.
