摘  要:严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2(severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2,SARS-CoV-2)的出现引发了新型冠状病毒肺炎的全球大流行,也将“冠状病毒”拉进大众视野。目前已知,病毒快速复制的同时会引起宿主细胞代谢网络的剧烈变动,而近期的研究已经从这些关键变化中寻找到相应的抗病毒靶点。本综述,我们重点关注了冠状病毒对宿主代谢(包括脂类代谢、中心碳代谢、氨基酸代谢等)影响的相关研究。阐明病毒感染诱导的宿主细胞代谢重编程,不仅有助于更透彻地理解病毒与宿主的相互作用,更提供了通过靶向代谢的策略来开发抗病毒药物的新思路。The emergence of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)triggered the global pandemic of novel coronavirus pneumonia and brought the“coronavirus”into the public eye.It is well known that rapid replication of viruses can cause drastic metabolism changes in host cell,and recent studies have found corresponding antiviral targets from these key changes.In this review,we focus on recent studies on the effects of coronavirus on host metabolism,including lipid metabolism,central carbon metabolism,amino acid metabolism etc.Identifying host cell metabolic induced viral infection not only helps to better understand virus-host interactions,but also helps to develop potential antiviral strategies by targeting metabolic alterations.
