摘　　要：探究曾三科技档案管理思想及其当代借鉴价值,能够为科技强国、科技创新背景下的科技档案管理工作提供重要的指导理论和方法,发挥科技档案的基础性、战略性资源价值。曾三科技档案管理思想内容丰富,主要包含科技档案概念及价值、科技档案事业发展和科技档案管理工作三个方面。通过对上述思想的剖析与反思,结合我国现代科技档案管理工作面临的现状,从四个方面提炼出曾三科技档案管理思想的当代借鉴:提高政治站位,服务中心大局;优化管理体系,完善工作机制;加快法规修订,优化标准体系;坚持多措并举,提升知识服务。Exploring the management thought of Zeng San's technology archives and its contemporary reference value can provide important guiding theory and method for the management of technology archives under the background of a strong nation in science and technology and technological innovation,and give full play to the basic and strategic resource value of technology archives.Zeng San's thought on technology archive management is rich in content,mainly including the concept and value of technology archives,the development of technology archives,and the management of technology archives.Through the analysis and reflection of this thought,combined with the current situation faced by modern technology archive management in China,four aspects can be extracted from Zeng San's thought for contemporary reference:raising political standing,serving the overall situation;optimizing management system,improving working mechanism;speeding up legislative revision,optimizing standard system;persisting in multiple measures and promoting knowledge service.
