摘　　要：企业档案工作数字化转型是推进“数字中国”建设的重要举措,对发挥档案数据潜能,推动档案治理能力现代化具有重要价值。通过揭示企业档案工作数字化转型在制度层面、数据层面及人员层面面临的挑战,提出制度先行、完善沟通协调机制,技术赋能、激活档案数据资源要素潜能,强化认知、构建档案数字人才发展体系的优化策略,以促进企业高质量发展。The digital transformation of enterprise archives is an important measure to promote the construction of"Digital China".It has significant value in unleashing the potential of archival data and promoting the modernization of archival governance capabilities.By revealing the challenges faced by the digital transformation of enterprise archives at the institution,data,and personnel levels,this paper proposes optimization strategies such as prioritizing the system,improving communication and coordination mechanisms,empowering technology,activating the potential of archival data resources,strengthening cognition,and building a development system for digital talents in archives,so as to promote high-quality development of enterprises.
