摘 要:对无取向硅钢50W470偏离轧向不同角度的电磁性能、力学性能进行测试,并对磁晶各向异性能的理论模型进行计算分析。结果表明:偏离轧向0°处的电磁性能最优,为最易磁化方向,且力学强度最低;偏离轧向50°~60°的电磁性能最差,为最难磁方向,且力学强度最高。偏离轧向各个角度的织构分布及强度存在明显差异。The electromagnetic properties and mechanical properties of non-oriented silicon steel 50W470 at different angles of deviation from rolling direction were tested and analyzed,and the theoretical model of magnetocrystalline anisotropy was calculated and analyzed.The results showed that the direction deviating from the rolling direction of 0°has the best electromagnetic performance,which is the easiest magnetized direction and has the lowest mechanical strength.The direction deviating from the rolling direction of 50°~60°has the worst magnetic properties,which is the most difficult magnetized direction and has the highest mechanical strength.There are significant differences in texture distribution and strength at various angles deviating from the rolling direction.
