摘　　要：铁心是发电机的心脏,铁心冲片是电机的核心制造之一,东方电机定子冲片数字化车间成功打造了大型清洁高效发电设备定子铁心冲片智能制造新模式。从企业数字化智能化转型的必要性出发,详细阐述了东方电机智能制造转型的发展路径,重点介绍和分析了定子铁心冲片数字化车间建设的思路、目标、过程、主要功能,以及数字化车间建设成果、未来发展方向等。Iron core is the heart of a generator.Iron core punching is one of the core manufacturing of a motor.The digital workshop of stator core punching sheet of DongFang Electric Corporation has successfully created a new intelligent manufacturing mode of stator core punching sheet for large clean and efficient power generation equipment.Starting from the necessity of digital and intelligent transformation of enterprises,this paper expounded the development path of intelligent manufacturing transformation of DongFang Electric Corporation in detail,emphatically introduced and analyzed the ideas,objectives,processes and main functions of the construction of digital workshop of stator core punching sheet,as well as the achievements and future development direction of digital workshop construction.
