摘　　要：工程以钢结构旧厂房改造项目为研究对象,阐述了既有建筑安全性、抗震鉴定,新增外荷载参与整体模型的组合计算,单阶柱计算长度系数取值,承载力或构造不满足的构件需采用加大截面法进行加固以及钢结构防腐、防火的要求。With a steel structure of the old factory structure renovation project as the research object,expounds the existing building safety,seismic appraisal,new external load involved in the overall model combination calculation,single order column calculation length coefficient value,bearing capacity or structure does not meet the component using increased section method for reinforcement and steel structure corrosion,fire prevention requirements.
