摘  要:以乌鲁木齐机场改扩建工程航站楼项目为研究对象,分析双曲面框支撑玻璃幕墙的施工工艺,并对安装后的14项指标进行现场监测。结果表明,双曲面框支撑玻璃幕墙的施工难点主要为幕墙的不规则抛物线线条,其龙骨间距不等,且方向各异,支承型材的定位、加工和安装难度更较大;玻璃幕墙的双曲面弯曲使得建筑立面凹凸明显,故此龙骨和玻璃则须异形定制,龙骨需要双向弯曲和扭转,加工误差导致安装误差呈几何级数增长;工程现场检验14项指标均符合规定要求,双曲面框支撑安装精度控制良好。Taking the terminal of Urumqi airport reconstruction and expansion project as the research object,the construction technology of glass curtain wall supported by hyperboloid frame was analyzed,and 14 indicators were monitored on site after installation.The results show that the construction difficulty of the double curved frame supporting glass curtain wall is mainly the irregular parabolic lines of the curtain wall,the keel spacing is different,the direction is different,and the supporting profiles are more difficult to locate,process and install.The hyperbolic curvature of the glass curtain wall makes the building facade convex and convex,requiring the keel and glass to be customized with special shapes.The keel needs to be bidirectional bending and torsion,and the processing error leads to the geometric increase of the installation error.Field inspection of 14 indicators are in line with the requirements,the double curved frame support installation precision control is good.
