摘　　要：研究提出基于伙伴关系的设计院主导的EPC工程总承包项目管理理论模型,并通过问卷数据和结构方程模型对理论模型进行检验。该研究结论揭示了设计院与施工单位和采购单位的伙伴关系、集成管理、项目管理和项目绩效之间的作用机理;验证了伙伴关系有助于加强项目集成管理,集成管理有助于加强设计管理、采购管理与施工管理;有助于项目高效管理和项目绩效的持续提升;并提出构建伙伴关系与提高集成管理能力对项目绩效的重要作用。The research proposes a theoretical model for EPC engineering general contracting project management led by design institutes based on partnership,and tests the theoretical model through questionnaire data and structural equation modeling.The research conclusion reveals the mechanism of the partnership,integrated management,project management,and project performance between the design institute,construction units,and procurement units.Verified that partnership helps to strengthen project integration management,which helps to strengthen design management,procurement management,and construction management.Contribute to efficient project management and continuous improvement of project performance.And propose the important role of building partnerships and improving integrated management capabilities in project performance.
