摘 要:以南京地铁9号线2~4座车站作为试点,打破了二次结构传统砌筑的建造方式,采用一种高性能混凝土技术的轻型墙板和复合立柱技术,其具有超高、超轻、耐火、防水、抗弯折、高韧性的特点,现场建造过程采用新型的榫卯连接技术,全程无湿作业,可节省工期3~5个月。机电一体化建造技术,通过正向设计集成手段,破解了长期困扰地铁行业的车站内大型设备维修更换问题,提升了设备系统质量,是助推产业升级换代的突破口。该方法为今后地铁车站机电安装及装修项目施工提供了参考借鉴。Taking 2~4 stations on Nanjing metro line 9 as a pilot project,the traditional construction method of secondary structure has been broken.A high-performance concrete technology with lightweight wall panels and composite columns has been adopted,which has the characteristics of ultra-high,ultra-light,fire-resistant,waterproof,bending resistant,and high toughness.The on-site construction process adopts a new type of mortise and tenon connection technology,with no wet operation throughout the entire process,saving 3~5 months of construction period.The mechatronics integration construction technology,through forward design integration,solves the longterm problem of large-scale equipment maintenance and replacement in the subway industry,improves the quality of equipment systems,and is a breakthrough in promoting industrial upgrading and upgrading.
