山区隧道钢拱架高精度拼装施工技术研究

摘  要:钢拱架加工及拼装过程中通过新设备的使用、微改造及微创新等方法,设计连接板钻孔套模、拱架对焊定位架、连接板焊接定位架等小型工具,其可解决钢拱架加工过程中由于人工操作造成的孔位及拼装精度偏差,减少了拱架加工误差,提高拱架成品精度,再通过隧道洞内钢拱架拼装拱脚高程控制及平整度的调整,可改善钢拱架现场拼装环境,从而减少施工误差,使钢拱架施工拼装精度得到了大幅提高。Through the use of new equipment,micro transformation and micro-innovation in the process of steel arch frame processing and assembly,small tools such as connecting plate drilling mold,arch frame butt welding positioning frame,connecting plate welding positioning frame and so on were designed,which effectively solved the hole position deviation and assembly accuracy deviation caused by manual operation in the process of steel arch frame processing,reduced the arch frame processing error,and improved the precision of arch frame finished products,by controlling the elevation and adjusting the flatness of the steel arch frame assembly arch foot in the tunnel,the on-site assembly environment of the steel arch frame is improved,reducing construction errors,greatly improving the accuracy of the steel arch frame construction assembly,and improving construction efficiency.
