摘 要:项目以西北地区某高速公路建设为例,通过分析该项目所处地域的自然环境,结合该项目路面结构特性,确定采用两阶段混融法制备岩沥青改性沥青,同时对原材料进行了性能检验,结合马歇尔试验确定了最佳配合比。对制备出的岩沥青改性沥青设计了水稳定性、高温稳定性和低温稳定性测试试验,选择目前广泛应用的SBS改性沥青作为对照,结果表明岩沥青改性沥青受到雨水侵蚀及温度的影响均较小,相比于SBS改性沥青具有更优越的性能。Taking the construction of a certain expressway in the northwest region as an example,by analyzing the natural environment of the project and the structural characteristics of the pavement,the two-stage mixing method was used to prepare the rock asphalt modified asphalt,and the performance of the raw materials was tested,combined with the Marshall test to determine the best ratio.The water stability,high temperature stability and low temperature stability tests were designed for the prepared rock asphalt modified asphalt,and the SBS modified asphalt was selected as the control.The results showed that the rock asphalt modified asphalt was less affected by rain erosion and temperature,and had superior performance compared with SBS modified asphalt.
