摘  要:研究以山东菏泽巨野某商业房地产项目为例,基于超声波无损检测方法对各建筑物的结构构件展开声波反射波形测试,分析其波形特征和判断其缺陷数量和等级。结果表明:由于混凝土内部缺陷的存在,超声波在传播过程中反复反射和折射,造成超声波在混凝土内部的传播路径增长,导致超声波传播时间变长,且在反复的反射和折射后,随着超声波能量的消减,其振幅也不断减小;各建筑物各楼层梁结构、柱结构的缺陷数量存在不同,各建筑物梁结构和柱结构的缺陷等级均分布在一般缺陷和轻微缺陷,一般缺陷和轻微缺陷的数量之和占总数的80%~95%,缺陷等级分为严重的数量较少。Taking a commercial real estate project in Juye,Heze,Shandong as an example,this study conducted acoustic reflection waveform testing on the structural components of various buildings using ultrasonic non-destructive testing methods,analyzed their waveform characteristics,and determined the number and level of defects.The results indicate that due to the presence of internal defects in concrete,ultrasonic waves repeatedly reflect and refract during the propagation process,leading to an increase in the propagation path of ultrasonic waves inside the concrete,resulting in a longer propagation time of ultrasonic waves.After repeated reflection and refraction,the amplitude of ultrasonic waves also decreases as their energy decreases.The number of defects in beam and column structures on each floor of each building varies.The defect levels of beam and column structures in each building are distributed between general defects and minor defects.The sum of general and minor defects accounts for 80%to 95%of the total number,and the number of defects classified as severe is relatively small.
