摘　　要：项目为多层商业综合体,由主力商业、室内步行街商铺、设备用房及地下车库组成。以商业综合体空调冷热源分析、空调风系统、水系统的设计要点为重点,针对多业态经营特点,配置合适的通风及空调系统,并采用大温差水系统、冷却塔免费供冷、过渡季节全新风运行等节能措施,为相关类型工程提供了一定的设计参考。This project is a multi-storey commercial complex,which consists of main commercial,indoor pedestrian street shops,equipment rooms and underground garage.Focusing on the analysis of air conditioning cold and heat sources,the design points of air conditioning air system and water system in commercial complex,suitable ventilation and air conditioning system is configured according to the characteristics of multi-business operation,and energy saving measures such as water system with large temperature difference,free cooling of cooling tower and full fresh air operation in transition season are adopted,providing certain design references for related types of projects.
