摘  要:选取首家IPO物流企业德邦快递,对其实施的第一期员工持股计划进行方案梳理以及实施效应分析。主要从员工持股计划公布后的公告效应、员工层面的实施效应以及实施后的财务效应三个方面分析德邦此次的员工持股计划,并得出德邦快递第一期员工持股计划实施失败的结论。最后,以德邦此次员工持股计划存在的问题为例,提出员工持股计划普适性实施建议,以期为其他筹备实施员工持股计划的企业提供参考。Select the first IPO logistics company,Deppon Express,and conduct a plan review and implementation effect analysis of its first employee stock ownership plan.The main analysis of Deppon’s employee stock ownership plan is from three aspects:the announcement effect after the announcement of the employee stock ownership plan,the implementation effect at the employee level,and the financial effect after implementation.The conclusion is that the implementation of Deppon’s first employee stock ownership plan failed.Finally,taking the problems existing in Deppon’s employee stock ownership plan as an example,propose suggestions for the universal implementation of the employee stock ownership plan,in order to provide reference for other enterprises preparing to implement the employee stock ownership plan.
