桂枝芍药知母汤治疗痛风性关节炎急性发作的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察桂枝芍药知母汤治疗痛风性关节炎急性发作的疗效。方法选取本院2020年1月至2021年12月急性痛风性关节炎患者80例,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组采用桂枝芍药知母汤加减治疗,比较两组临床疗效、症状体征、血沉、C反应蛋白以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组关节肿胀程度、血沉、C反应蛋白水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组关节肿胀评分、血沉、C反应蛋白水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桂枝芍药知母汤加减治疗痛风性关节炎急性发作患者疗效确切,可促进患者症状体征的改善,不良反应少,安全性高,值得临床推广及应用。Objective To explore the efficacy of guizhi shaoyao zhimu decoction in acute attack of gouty arthritis.Methods 80 cases of acute gouty arthritis patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research object,and were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with guizhi shaoyao zhimu decoction plus or minus treatment.The clinical efficacy,symptoms and signs,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in joint swelling socre,ESR and C-reactive protein between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,joint swelling score,ESR and C-reactive protein levels in 2 groups were lower than before,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Guizhi shaoyao zhimu decoction is effective in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis,and can promote the improvement of symptoms and signs of patients,with less adverse reactions and high safety,which is worthy of extensive clinical promotion and application.
