“二活同祛法”治疗寒湿型膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨“二活同祛法”治疗寒湿型膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法2021年12月至2022年3月寒湿型膝关节骨性关节炎患者48例,分为2组,对照组患者(24例)采用口服塞来昔布胶囊治疗,观察组患者(24例)采用塞来昔布胶囊联合“二活同祛法”治疗。对服药前、服药后1、3、6个月疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分、西安大略和麦马斯特大学骨关节炎指数可视化量表(WOMAC)评分及治疗后6个月总有效率进行评估。结果两组患者服药后1个月、3个月及6个月时VAS、WOMAC评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗6个月后观察组与对照组的总有效率分别为91.67%和66.67%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“二活同祛法”治疗寒湿型膝关节骨性关节炎能够改善患者膝关节骨性疼痛,恢复关节活动功能,具有一定的临床疗效。Objective To explore curative effect of"Erhuotongqu Method"in treatment of knee osteoarthritis cold dampness syndrome.Methods In the Quzhou Hospital of Chinese Medicine between December 2021 and March 2022,48 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into two groups.The control group(24 cases)was treated with oral celecoxib capsules,the experimental group(24 cases)was treated with celecoxib capsule combined with"Erhuotongqu Method"from Quzhou Leishi.Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)scores were evaluated before,1,3,and 6 months after,as well as total response rate before and 6 months after treatment.Results The differences of VAS and WOMAC scores at 1,3 and 6 months after medication between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 6 months after treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group and the control group were 91.67%and 66.67%,respectively,and the difference of treatment effect between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of cold and dampness type knee osteoarthritis with"Erhuotongqu Method"from Quzhou Leishi can improve the knee bone pain of patients,restore joint activity function,and has certain clinical efficacy.
