超选择肾动脉栓塞治疗肾动静脉畸形的疗效及安全性评估

摘　　要：目的评估超选择肾动脉栓塞治疗肾动静脉畸形的疗效及安全性。方法回顾分析2017年7月至2022年7月27例肾动静脉畸形患者的临床资料,随访观察超选择肾动脉栓塞治疗肾动静脉畸形的疗效及安全性。结果27例经DSA检查后;18例静脉曲张型RAVM,9例动脉瘤型RAVM,经介入治疗均栓塞成功,术后造影病灶消失,中远期随诊均无复发。27例患者均无严重并发症。结论超选择肾动脉栓塞治疗肾动静脉畸形安全、有效且临床价值较高。Objective To explore the clinical value of superselective renal artery embolization in the treatment of renal arteriovenous malformations(RAVM).Methods The data of 27 patients with RAVM admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to July 2022 were retrospectively analyzed,and the efficacy and safety of superselective embolization were observed.Results 27 cases were examined by digital subtraction angiography(DSA),18 cases of varicose RAVM and 9 cases of aneurysmal RAVM were successfully embolized after interventional treatment.The angiographic focus and hematuria disappeared after operation.There was no recurrence in the medium and long term follow-up.There were no serious complications in 27 patients.Conclusion Superselective interventional therapy for RAVM is simple,safe,effective,inexpensive and of high clinical value.
