复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗甲银屑病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方丙酸氯倍他索乳膏联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗甲银屑病的疗效。方法甲银屑病患者32例,随机分成观察组及对照组,观察组采用复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏联合卡泊三醇软膏外涂病甲,对照组予卡泊三醇软膏治疗。治疗12周后,采用NPASI评分评估疗效,观察不良反应。结果甲银屑病患者男17例,女15例,年龄(33.94±9.01)岁。治疗12周后,两组NPASI评分均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组有效率64.7%,高于对照组有效率33.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方丙酸氯倍他索乳膏联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗甲银屑病效果满意,安全性高。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of compound clobetasol propionate ointment plus calcipotriol ointment for treatment of nail psoriasis.Methods 32 patients with nail psoriasis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with compound clobetasol propionate ointment plus carpotriol ointment,and the control group was treated with carpotriol ointment alone.Nail psoriasis area and severity index(NPASI)score and adverse reactions were assessed after 12 weeks.Results There were 17 males and 15 females with an average age of 33.94±9.01 years old.After 12 weeks of treatment,the NPASI score of two groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 64.7%,higher than that of the control group(33.3%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound clobetasol propionate cream combined with carpotriol ointment is effective and safe for the treatment of nail psoriasis.
