老年女性骨质疏松症患者唑来膦酸治疗后全髋骨密度变化影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的筛选老年女性骨质疏松症(OP)患者唑来膦酸(5 mg)治疗后全髋骨密度(THBMD)变化的影响因素。方法老年女性OP患者122例,检测其THBMD、骨代谢标志物、血生化,并在接受唑来膦酸(5 mg)治疗12个月后复查THBMD,应用多元回归分析筛选△THBMD的独立相关因素。结果老年女性OP患者△THBMD的独立相关因素有血清I型胶原交联羧基端肽(CTX,β=0.031,P<0.01)和体质量指数(BMI)(β=0.001,P<0.05)。结论老年女性OP患者接受唑来膦酸治疗后△THBMD受多种因素共同影响,其中血清CTX和BMI较高的患者△THBMD较高。Objective To investigate factors associated with change in total hip bone mineral density(THBMD)after zoledronic acid(5mg)infusion in elderly osteoporosis(OP)women.Methods A total of 122 elderly OP women were recruited into the study,their THBMD,bone metabolism markers and blood biochemistry were tested,and THBMD was reviewed 12 months after receiving zoledronic acid(5mg).Multiple regression analysis was applied to screen for independent associated factors of△THBMD.Results Serum C-terminal cross-linking telopeptide of type 1 collagen(CTX,β=0.031,P<0.01)and body mass index(BMI,β=0.001,P<0.05)were independent factors associated with△THBMD in elderly osteoporosis women.Conclusion The△THBMD after zoledronic acid infusion in elderly osteoporosis women is affected by multiple factors,and the patients with higher serum CTX and BMI have a higher△THBMD.
