摘 要:目的:观察磁刺激联合电刺激生物反馈治疗盆腔器官脱垂患者的效果。方法:选取2021年3月至2022年10月该院收治的80例盆腔器官脱垂患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各40例。对照组采用电刺激生物反馈治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用磁刺激治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后盆底肌肌力分级、盆腔器官脱垂定量分期(POP-Q)及性功能。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为97.50%(39/40),高于对照组的80.00%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组盆底肌肌力分级、POP-Q分度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组性欲、性交痛、性满意度、性唤醒、性高潮、润滑度等性功能指数均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:磁刺激联合电刺激生物反馈治疗盆腔器官脱垂患者可提高治疗总有效率,改善盆底肌肌力、POP-Q分度及性功能,效果优于单纯电刺激生物反馈治疗。Objective:To observe effects of magnetic stimulation combined with electrical stimulation biofeedback in treatment of patients with pelvic organ prolapse.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 80 patients with pelvic organ prolapse admitted to this hospital from March 2021 to October 2022.They were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each.The control group was treated with electrical stimulation biofeedback,while the study group was treated with magnetic stimulation on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the pelvic floor muscle strength grading,the pelvic organ prolapse quantitative staging(POP-Q),and the sexual function were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than 80.00%(32/40)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength grading and the POP-Q staging of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the scores of sexual function indexes such as sexual desire,dyspareunia,sexual satisfaction,sexual arousal,orgasm and lubrication levels in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,those in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Magnetic stimulation combined with electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy for the patients with pelvic organ prolapse can improve the total effective rate of treatment and improve the pelvic floor muscle strength,the POP-Q staging and sexual function.Moreover,it is superior to single electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy.
