丹参注射液联合西咪替丁治疗过敏性紫癜患儿的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨丹参注射液联合西咪替丁治疗过敏性紫癜患儿的效果。方法:选取2017年12月至2021年12月该院收治的90例过敏性紫癜患儿进行前瞻性研究。根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各45例,对照组采用西咪替丁注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合丹参注射液治疗。比较两组临床疗效,症状消失时间,治疗前后淋巴细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为91.11%(41/45),高于对照组的73.33%(33/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组紫癜、关节肿痛、皮疹、消化道症状等消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,两组CD19^(+)、免疫球蛋白(Ig)A水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血清IgG、IgM水平与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:丹参注射液联合西咪替丁治疗过敏性紫癜患儿,可提高临床疗效,加速症状消失,提高CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平,降低CD19^(+)、IgA水平,效果优于单用西咪替丁治疗。Objective:To investigate effects of Danshen injection combined with Cimetidine in treatment of allergic purpura in children.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 90 children with allergic purpura admitted to the hospital from December 2017 to December 2021.According to the random number method,they were divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each.The control group was treated with Cimetidine injection,while the observation group was treated with Danshen injection on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical effects,the symptom disappearance time,the levels of lymphocyte subsets and immunoglobulin levels before and after the treatment,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.11%(41/45),which was higher than 73.33%(33/45)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of purpura,joint swelling and pain,rash and gastrointestinal symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;the levels of CD19^(+)and Immunoglobulin(Ig)A in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the serum IgG and IgM levels in the two groups before and after the treatment,and there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Danshen injection combined with Cimetidine in the treatment of the children with allergic purpura can improve the clinical effect
