基于人文关怀的全程精细化护理在康复期精神分裂症患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察基于人文关怀的全程精细化护理在康复期精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年3月郑州市精神病防治医院收治的68例康复期精神分裂症患者进行前瞻性研究,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各34例。对照组行常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上行基于人文关怀的全程精细化护理,比较两组护理前后社会功能[住院精神病人社会功能评定量表(SSPI)]评分、治疗依从率、心理状态[简式心境状态量表(POMS)]评分和生命质量[简明健康调查量表(SF-36)]评分。结果:护理后,研究组日常生活能力、动性和交往情况、社会性活动技能等SSPI评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗依从率为97.06%(33/34),高于对照组的76.47%(26/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,研究组紧张、愤怒、疲劳、抑郁、慌乱等POMS评分均低于对照组,精力、自尊感等POMS评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,研究组生理机能、生理职能、情感职能、精神健康、生命活力、社会功能、躯体疼痛和总体健康等SF-36评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用基于人文关怀的全程精细化护理可提高康复期精神分裂症患者SSPI评分、SF-36评分和治疗依从率,改善POMS评分,效果优于单纯常规护理。Objective:To observe application effects of whole course fine nursing based on humanistic care in patients with schizophrenia during rehabilitation period.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 68 patients with schizophrenia during rehabilitation period admitted to Zhengzhou psychiatric hospital from January 2021 to March 2022.They were divided into control group and study group by using the random number table method,34 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group was given the whole course fine nursing based on humanistic care on the basis of that of the control group.The scores of social function scale of social function in psychosis inpatients(SSPI),the treatment compliance rate,the psychological state[profile of mood states(POMS)]score,and the quality of life[short form health survey(SF-36)]were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:After the nursing,the SSPI scores of daily living ability,mobility and communication,social activity skills in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate of the study group was 97.06%(33/34),which was higher than 76.47%(26/34)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the POMS scores of tension,anger,fatigue,depression and panic in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the POMS scores of energy and self-esteem were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the nursing,the SF-36 scores of physiological function,physiological role,emotional function,mental health,vitality,social function,physical pain and general health in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing,the whole course fine nursing based on humanistic care can improve the SSPI
