摘  要:由于长期使用种类有限的体内驱虫药物,世界范围内肉牛羊消化道寄生蠕虫耐药性问题日益严重。本文概述了国内外肉牛羊消化道寄生蠕虫耐药性的现状及其产生机制,从基因突变、生存压力和药物使用等因素,分析了耐药基因频率升高的原因;总结了粪便虫卵减数试验、体外检测试验和分子检测等检测方法的优缺点,为科研和生产实践中的寄生蠕虫耐药性检测提供了参考;提出了科学用药建立“避难所”、研发新型驱虫药物、加强饲养管理等缓解耐药性形成的可行性措施。本文旨在引起肉牛羊产业对消化道寄生蠕虫耐药性的重视,并为精准高效进行耐药性检测和逐步减缓肉牛羊消化道寄生蠕虫耐药性提供依据,从而提升肉牛羊科学健康养殖水平,进一步推动肉牛羊产业高质量发展。The escalating problem of gastrointestinal parasite drug resistance in beef and sheep worldwide is attributed to the prolonged use of a limited range of anthelmintic drugs.This article reviews the current status and mechanisms of gastrointestinal parasite anthelmintic resistance in beef and sheep,analyzing factors such as gene mutations,survival pressure,and drug usage that contribute to the increasing frequency of resistant genes.The advantages and disadvantages of various detection methods,including fecal egg count reduction tests,in vitro assays,and molecular detection,are summarized to provide valuable references for anthelmintic resistance detection in research and practical applications.Feasible measures to alleviate the emergence of anthelmintic resistance are proposed,such as rational drug use to establish"refuges",development of novel anthelmintic drugs,and improved feeding management.The aim of this article is to raise awareness of gastrointestinal parasite anthelmintic resistance in the beef and sheep industry,providing a basis for precise and efficient anthelmintic resistance detection and mitigation,and ultimately promoting the scientific and healthy breeding practices of beef and sheep to enhance the high-quality development of the industry.
