摘　　要：为了解西安地区猫传染性腹膜炎(FIP)发病率与发病月份、年龄、品种、性别、临床症状和实验室检查结果的相关性,本调查对2018年6月1日—2022年3月31日于西北农林科技大学西安动物医院就诊的115例FIP病例进行统计分析。结果显示,FIP发病无明显季节性,且与性别无关。英国短毛猫发病率最高,占病例总数的27.43%。1.5周岁以下年龄的猫的发病率最高,占病例总数的81.98%。黄疸、食欲不振、腹围增大和发热为本病最常见的症状,实验室检查以白蛋白和球蛋白比值降低、总胆红素浓度升高为特征。本调查可为FIP的诊疗和防治提供参考依据。To understand the correlation between the incidence of feline infectious peritonitis(FIP)in the Xi'an region and the month of onset,age,breed,gender,clinical symptoms,and laboratory test results,this survey conducted a statistical analysis of 115 cases of FIP treated at the Northwest A&F University Veterinary Teaching Hospital from June 1,2018,to March 31,2022.The results showed that FIP incidence had no obvious seasonality and was unrelated to gender.The incidence was highest in British Shorthair cats,accounting for 27.43%of the total cases.Cats under 1.5 years old had the highest incidence,accounting for 81.98%of the total cases.Jaundice,anorexia,abdominal distension,and fever were the most common symptoms of this disease,and laboratory tests showed a characteristic decrease in the ratio of albumin to globulin and an increase in total bilirubin concentration.This survey can provide a reference for the diagnosis,treatment,and prevention of FIP.
