摘  要:本试验将北京中育种猪有限责任公司构建的首农猪场生物安全体系应用于下属猪场的非洲猪瘟防控工作,通过采集车辆、人员、物资、环境和猪群样品,采用荧光定量PCR方法检测样品非洲猪瘟病毒核酸,以评估生物安全体系的应用效果。结果显示,2019—2021年主动识别出非洲猪瘟病毒核酸阳性分别为60、112和48次,车辆、人员、物资、环境和猪群样品的非洲猪瘟病毒核酸阳性率分别为3.52%、1.39%、0.52%、0.02%和0%。3年的实践证明,采用以“五级分区三级管理二级洗烘”为标准的首农猪场生物安全体系可有效防控非洲猪瘟。The biosafety system developed by Beijing ZhongYu Breeding Pig Co.,Ltd.,SUNLON Pig Farm,was applied in this study to prevent and control of African swine fever(ASF)in its affiliated pig farms.Samples from vehicles,personnel,supplies,environment,and pig populations were collected,and the fluorescence quantitative PCR method was used to detect the nucleic acid of African swine fever virus(ASFV)in the samples to evaluate the application effectiveness of the biosafety system.The results showed that the number of proactive identifications of ASFV nucleic acid positive samples was 60,112,and 48 times from 2019 to 2021,respectively.The positive rates of ASFV nucleic acid in vehicles,personnel,supplies,environment,and pig population samples were 3.52%,1.39%,0.52%,0.02%,and 0%,respectively.The three years of practice proved that the SUNLON Pig Farm biosafety system,based on the standard of"five-level zoning,three-level management,and two-level washing and drying",can effectively prevent and control ASF.
