摘　　要：从地方应用型本科院校学报和学科建设的现实情况出发,探究二者之间的内在联系,肯定学报和学科建设的协同发展的必要性和可行性及其重要意义,学科建设能优化学报学术内容,学报为学科发展赋能增值;提出加强学报编辑团队建设、积极引导教师参与学报编辑和投稿、重视学报与学科建设的有机结合、注重学报对地方经济社会发展的服务作用等策略,以期实现二者之间的协同发展。Starting from the actual situation of local application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities,the present study explores the internal relationship between journals and discipline construction,and affirms the necessity,feasibility and significance of the coordinated development of journals and discipline construction.Discipline construction can optimize the academic content of journals,at the same time,journals empower and add value to the development of disciplines.The author proposes strategies such as strengthening the construction of journal editing teams,actively guiding teachers to participate in journal editing and submission,emphasizing the organic integration of journal and discipline construction,and emphasizing the service role of journals in local economic and social development,in order to achieve coordinated development between journals and discipline construction.
