灵活就业对健康状况的影响及其户籍差异

摘　　要：伴随着灵活就业的全球扩散,灵活就业者的健康状况成为社会学者研究的热点。然而,鲜有研究关注中国户籍制度背景下灵活就业者的健康状况。基于CGSS2012-2017数据,本研究检验了灵活就业对劳动者健康状况的负面影响以及这种负面影响的户籍差异。研究表明,灵活就业会通过降低工作质量和影响心理状况的方式损耗健康。同时,本地与非农户籍身份会对灵活就业者的健康产生保护效应。在就业不稳定与户籍分割的双重影响下,灵活就业的外来农民工群体成为中国劳动力市场的健康劣势人群。With the global application of flexible employment,the health status of flexible employees has become a hot spot of sociologists,while few studies shed light on the health status of the flexible employees under the Hukou system in China.Based on the data of CGSS 2012-2017,this study examines the negative effects of precarious employment on workers’health and its hukou-based differences.The findings show that flexible employment jeopardizes the health of flexible employees by reducing working qualities and affecting psychological conditions.The urban Hukou of other cities and the local Hukou of the area where they are working can protect the health of the flexible employees,and the migrant workers with rural Hukou engaging in flexible job are facing the disadvantaged health in China’s labor market under the dual impacts of precarious employment and the Hukou segmentation.
