言人人殊:滇越铁路滇段兴工时间考述

摘　　要：关于滇越铁路滇段的兴工时间,学界诸说并立,存在光绪二十九年(1903)二月、光绪二十九年(1903)八月、光绪二十九年(1903)十一月及光绪三十年(1904)一月等歧见。究其原因,除对不同材料缺乏辨析的使用而外,亦涉及研究者对铁路兴工概念的认知龃龉。借助核心史料法文原始工程报告Le Chemin de Fer du YUNNAN及时人日记、信件、回忆录与地方史志等异质史料的爬梳与考异,滇越铁路滇段兴工时间获有初步结论,应为光绪二十八年(1902)十月。There are different views on the construction time of Yunnan section of the Yunnan-Vietnam Railway:March 1903,October 1903,January 1904 and March 1904.The reasons for this situation is not only in the lack of discrimination in using different historical materials,but also in researchers'different understandings of the concept of railway construction.With the help of core historical materials such as the French original engineering report Le Chemin de Fer du YUNNAN,as well as different historical materials such as diaries,letters,memoirs of the people at that time and local chronicles,the construction time of Yunnan section of the Yunnan-Vietnam Railway should be November 1902.
