摘　　要：目的:了解食管癌根治术患者的出院准备度现状,分析其相关性,为食管癌患者出院准备提供参考。方法:选取2021年10月至2022年12月,我院收治的行食管癌根治术的80例患者为研究对象,出院前一日采用一般资料调查问卷及出院准备度量表进行调查,评估患者的出院准备度,分析其影响因素。结果:患者出院准备度总得分为85.84±11.63分;患者的年龄、文化程度、病理分期、照顾者文化水平是出院准备度的独立危险因素(P <0.05)。结论:行食管癌根治术的患者出院准备度目前处于中等水平,患者年龄大、文化程度低、病理分型高、照顾者的文化程度低的患者,出院准备度水平相对低。Objective:To explore the current status of discharge readiness of patients undergoing radical esophageal cancer resec⁃tion and to analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for the discharge preparation of esophageal cancer patients.Meth-ods:From October 2021 to December 2022,80 patients undergoing radical esophageal cancer resection admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects,and the general data questionnaire and discharge readiness scale were used to evaluate the current sta⁃tus of discharge readiness and its influencing factors on the day before discharge.Results:The results showed that the total score of dis⁃charge readiness was 85.84±11.63 points.Univariate and multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,education level,patholog⁃ical stage,and caregiver education level were independent risk factors for hospital readiness for discharge(P<0.05).Conclusions:The discharge readiness of patients after radical esophageal cancer surgery is currently at a medium level,and the patient’s discharge readi⁃ness is relatively low if the patient is older,has low education level,high pathological classification and low caregiver education level.
