摘　　要：面对就业难,促进大学生就业成为社会高度关注的问题。而在大学生就业决策中,所包含的创业路径选择将是一种全新的发展方向。与此同时,大学生创业心理因素将会对就业决策产生一定的影响。本文通过对大学生创业心理因素进行研究分析,发现其对就业决策的行为以及观念等均会产生一定的影响,若具有更加强大的创业心理因素,则可能会促使其选择创业的积极性较高。为了提升大学生创业概率,提出了强化创业心理的有效举措,以期为大学生就业教育提供参考。In the face of employment difficulties,promoting the employment of college students has become a highly concerned issue in society.In the employment decision-making of college students,the entrepreneurial path choices included will be a new direction of development.At the same time,college students'entrepreneurial psychological factors will have a certain impact on employment decision-making.This paper analyzes the entrepreneurial psychological factors of college students and finds that they have a certain impact on their behavior and beliefs in employment decision-making.If they have stronger entrepreneurial psychological factors,they may have a higher motivation to choose entrepreneurship.In order to increase the probability of entrepreneurship among college students,effective measures have been proposed to strengthen their entrepreneurial psychology,in order to provide reference for employment education for college students.
