摘　　要：“一带一路”倡议是中国提出的一项对外开放与合作的大型工程,旨在促进沿线国家之间的经济合作、文化交流和人员往来。随着“一带一路”倡议的深入推进,来华留学生数量持续增加,给高等教育带来了前所未有的机遇和挑战。本文旨在探讨在此背景下来华留学生管理工作的改革与创新路径。通过分析当前的管理模式、存在的问题以及外部环境的变化,本文提出了一系列针对性的改革与创新建议。The"Belt and Road"Initiative is a large-scale programme of opening up and cooperation proposed by China,which aims to promote economic cooperation,cultural exchanges and personnel exchanges between countries along the line.With the deepening of the"Belt and Road"Initiative,the number of foreign students in China continues to increase,bringing unprecedented opportunities and challenges to higher education.This paper aims to explore the reform and innovation paths of the management of Chinese international students in this context.By analyzing the curent management model,existing problems,and changes in the external environment,this paper proposes a series of targeted reform and innovation suggestions.
