壮药尖锐湿疣外洗剂的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的:建立壮药尖锐湿疣外洗剂的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对复方中的白花蛇舌草和白花丹进行定性鉴别;同时建立去乙酰车叶草酸甲酯的HPLC含量测定方法。结果:白花蛇舌草和白花丹薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性无干扰;去乙酰车叶草酸甲酯在0.01910~0.5092 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好(R 2=0.9999),平均加样回收率为100.27%,RSD为3.32%。结论:该方法专属性强,重复性好,可用于壮药尖锐湿疣外洗剂的质量控制。Objective To establish the quality standard of Zhuang medicine condyloma acuminatum external lotion.Methods Hedyotis diffusa Willd.and Plumbago zeylanica L.in the compound were qualitatively identified by TLC.At the same time,a HPLC method for the determination of deacetyl asperulosidic acid methyl ester was established.Results The TLC spots of Hedyotis diffusa Willd.and Plumbago zeylanica L.were clear and negative without interference.The linear relationship of deacetyl asperulosidic acid methyl ester was good in the range of 0.01910-0.5092mg/mL-1(R 2=0.9999).The average recovery was 100.27%and RSD was 3.32%.Conclusion The method has strong specificity and good repeatability,and can be used for the quality control of Zhuang medicine condyloma acuminatum external lotion.
