摘  要:目的:建立防芷鼻炎片6种成分的含量测定方法。方法:采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶色谱柱,甲醇-0.5%醋酸溶液为流动相,以1.0 mL/min的流速进行梯度洗脱;分时段切换波长。结果:绿原酸、咖啡酸、芍药苷、升麻素苷、5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷、蒙花苷分别在2.57~30.88μg/mL、0.77~75.80μg/mL、25.2~403.2μg/mL、3.054~48.864μg/mL、1.008~16.128μg/mL、5.19~83.06μg/mL的范围内,与峰面积呈良好线性关系;6种成分的加样回收率均在96.7%~103.1%之间;分别对3个厂家6个批号的样品测定结果进行分析,发现同一厂家生产的样品差异不大,而不同厂家的样品测定结果差异显著。结论:该方法系统适用性好、精密度高,可作为防芷鼻炎片6种成分的含量测定方法。Objective To establish a method for determining the content of six components in Fangzhi Biyan tablets.Methods octadecyl silane bonded silica gel column was used,methanol 0.5%acetic acid solution was used as mobile phase,and gradient elution was performed at a flow rate of 1.0mL/min;Switch wavelengths in different time periods.Results Chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid,paeoniflorin,cimetin,5-O-methylvisaminide,and smectin showed a good linear relationship with peak area within the ranges of 2.57-30.88μg/mL,0.77-75.80μg/mL,25.2-403.2μg/mL,3.054-48.864μg/mL,1.008-16.128μg/mL,and 5.19-83.06μg/mL,respectively;The sample recovery rates of the six components are all between 96.7%-103.1%;The results of the determination of six batches of samples from three manufacturers were analyzed,the results of samples from different manufacturers were significantly different.Conclusion this method is suitable for the determination of six components in Fangzhi Biyan tablets with high precision and good applicability.
