基于同经相应、循经辨证取穴针刺法配合隔姜灸治疗跟痛症经验浅析

摘　　要：跟痛症主要指跟骨跖面由于慢性劳损引起的足跟部疼痛,是针灸科常见病,往往表现于单足或双足站立行走时疼痛,疼痛严重时影响患者的生活、工作。本病的发病机制复杂,病情易反复,目前西医治疗手段副作用较多且风险较大。中医认为跟痛症发病原因多与年老、劳损、湿浊等因素有关。孙秀萍主任医师主张同经相应、循经辨证取穴针刺法与隔姜灸相结合治疗,针刺治疗补益肝肾,舒筋活络,隔姜灸温阳通络,散寒祛湿,两者合用具有补益肝肾,通络止痛,温阳散寒的功效,可极大程度减轻跟痛症患者的病痛。同时针灸治疗跟痛症具有疗效显著、副作用小、花费低、病人痛苦小等优势。值得临床推广及应用。Heel pain mainly refers to heel pain caused by chronic strain on the plantar surface of the calcaneus,which is a common disease in orthopedics,often manifested as pain when standing and walking on one or both feet,and affecting the patient s life and work when the pain is severe.The pathogenesis of this disease is complex,the disease is easy to repeat,and the current Western medicine treatment methods have many side effects and greater risks.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the causes of pain are mostly related to old age,strain,wetness and other factors.Chief physician Sun Xiuping advocates the combination of acupuncture and ginger moxibustion with the corresponding and differentiated acupuncture method,acupuncture treatment to nourish the liver and kidneys,relax the muscles and activate the nerves,separate the ginger moxibustion warm and yang circulation,disperse cold and dispel dampness,the combination of the two has the effect of tonifying the liver and kidneys,channeling pain relief,warming and yang dispersing cold,which can greatly reduce the pain of patients with heel pain.At the same time,acupuncture has the advantages of significant curative effect,small side effects,low cost and less pain for patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
