摘　　要：[研究目的]研究智库如何面向新安全格局提升自身情报能力,是从情报学视角构建智库研究与国家安全学的有机融合,同时探索未来情报研究的可能路径,有效提高决策支持和服务能力。[研究方法]把情报服务的理论与方法运用到智库的能力建设,构建新安全格局智库情报能力分析框架,对国内外智库在国家安全领域情报能力进行分析,深入剖析我国智库面临的情报工作困境,构建面向新安全格局的智库情报能力提升路径。[研究结论]智库亟需面向新安全格局改革情报能力体系,在深度上突出碎片化信息加工和计算化服务,在广度上突出全局性和宏观战略性情报服务,加强智库动态情报获取能力,提高智库系统性情报研究能力,强化智库情报产品应用能力。[Research purpose]To study how think tanks improve their intelligence capabilities for the new security pattern is to build an organic integration of think tank research and national security science from the perspective of intelligence science,explore possible paths for future intelligence research,and effectively improve decision support and service capabilities.[Research method]Apply the theories and methods of intelligence service to the capacity building of think tanks,build a framework for the analysis of intelligence capabilities of think tanks in the new security pattern,analyze the intelligence capabilities of domestic and foreign think tanks in the field of national security,deeply analyze the intelligence work dilemma faced by China's think tanks,and build a path for improving the intelligence capabilities of think tanks facing the new security pattern.[Research conclusion]It is urgent for think tanks to reform the intelligence capability system for the new security pattern,to highlight the fragmented information processing and computing services in depth,to highlight the overall and macro strategic intelligence services in breadth,to strengthen the dynamic intelligence acquisition ability of think tanks,to improve the systematic intelligence research ability of think tanks,and to strengthen the application ability of intelligence products of think tanks.
