摘 要:锑(Sb)是湘江上游部分区域的特征重金属污染因子,为精准助力Sb污染预警与防控,基于2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基酚(5-Br-PADAP)分光光度法,采用优化的在线自动监测仪自动测定地表水中的Sb。测定结果表明,测试范围为0~0.10 mg/L,检出限≤1μg/L,相对误差≤±10%,相对标准偏差≤5%,实际水样加标回收率范围为88.2%~104%。该方法适用于地表水中Sb的自动在线监测,可为环境管理部门对水中Sb等重金属的污染预警、溯源、防控等环境决策提供准确依据。Antimony is a characteristic pollution factor in Yongzhou area in the upper reaches of Xiangjiang River.The on-line automatic monitor was used to accurately determine the content of antimony in surface water is of great significance for accurate antimony pollution warning and prevention.Based on the 5-BR-PADAP spectrophotometer,antimony in surface water was automatically determined by an optimized on-line automatic monitor.The results showed that the test range was 0~0.10 mg/L,the detection limit was less than 1μg/L,the relative error was±10%,the relative standard deviation was less than 5%,the actual water sample recovery range was 88.2%~104%,which was suitable for automatic online monitoring of trace Sb in surface water,and had been successfully applied in practical monitoring.The continuous accurate,online automatic and real-time monitoring tracing of antimony in surface water can be realized through the early warning response verification,which can provide accurate basis for environmental management departments to make timely environmental decisions such as water pollution early warning,traceability,prevention and control.
