摘 要:研究了103个核桃品种(系)对炭疽病的抗性水平,采用胶孢炭疽菌室内接种法进行鉴定,结果表明,室内接种胶孢炭疽菌后第6 d,103份果实病斑出现不同发病趋势。至第8 d出现明显差异,有40份核桃高度抗病,无明显病斑,3份核桃极敏感染病,病斑直径大于4 cm,另60份核桃均轻中度感染。In order to clarify the resistance level to anthracnose in the main walnut cultivars(strains)in China,the 103 walnuts were identified for their resistance to anthracnose by indoor inoculation with Colletotrichum gloeosporioides.The results showed that the spots of 103 walnuts showed different pathogenetic trends on the 6th day after indoor inoculation with Colletotrichum gloeosporioides,and showed significant differences on the 8th day.40 walnuts were highly resistant to disease without obvious disease spots,while 3 walnuts were highly susceptible to infection with disease spots larger than 4 cm in diameter.In addition,the other 60 walnuts showed mild to moderate infections.
