摘 要:葡萄休眠是在长时间低温和缺少光照条件下,减缓新陈代谢和生长,以度过冬季的方式。通过查阅文献、归纳总结前人研究的诱导葡萄进入休眠的温度阈值,从0~20℃不等,可分为12~20℃说、10℃说和7.2℃说。分析总结原因:一是葡萄品种、熟性、遗传特性、内源激素水平差异;二是葡萄生长的环境和管理措施差异;三是对于休眠的定义不清,界定不一致。建议将落叶期作为葡萄自然休眠开始的标志,经过长期的观测、统计,就可以确定某一品种在某一地区进入休眠的温度阈值,为后期的越冬管理等提供参考。Grape dormancy is a way to survive the winter by slowing down metabolism and growth under prolonged cold temperatures and lack of light.By reviewing the literature and summarizing the temperature thresholds of inducing grapes into dormancy studied by previous researchers,ranging from 0 to 20℃,which can be divided into 12~20℃,10℃and 7.2℃,analyzing the reasons for the following.Firstly,there are differences in the grape varieties,ripeness,genetic characteristics,endogenous hormone levels.Secondly,there are differences in the environment of the growth of grapes and the management measures.Thirdly,the definition of dormancy is not clear and inconsistent.It is suggested to take the defoliation period as the sign of the beginning of natural dormancy of grapes,and after long-term observation and statistics,we can determine the temperature threshold for a certain variety to enter dormancy in a certain region,so as to provide references for the later overwintering management.
