摘  要:近年来,随着经济的迅速发展,越来越多的超大型悬索桥开工建设,然而,悬索桥作为基础设施建设的代表,其安全问题一直是备受关注的热点话题。在悬索桥中,缆索是支持结构体系之一,其质量的稳定性直接影响到悬索桥的整体稳固性。因此,对缆索的监测十分重要。目前,大多数缆索牵引架智能监测方法采用传统模式,其缺陷在于数据精度低、数据处理困难。本文从技术要点切入,针对传统智能监测存在的困难和缺陷,提出了一种基于PLC的大跨度悬索桥缆索牵引架设智能监测方案,有效提高了监测精度,方便了数据处理。In recent years,with the rapid development of economy,the more and more super-large suspension bridges have been built.However,as the representative of infrastructure construction,the safety of suspension bridge has always been a hot topic of people concern.In suspension bridge,the cable is one of the supporting structure systems,and the stability of its quality directly affects the overall stability of suspension bridge.Therefore,monitoring the cable is very important.At present,the most intelligent monitoring methods for cable traction frames adopt traditional modes,but their shortcomings lie in low data accuracy and difficulty in data processing.This paper starts from the technology and proposes an intelligent monitoring scheme for cable traction erection of long-span suspension bridge based on PLC.Aiming at the difficulties and defects of the traditional intelligent monitoring,the paper effectively improves the monitoring accuracy and facilitate data processing.
