摘 要:晶闸管投切电容器(TSC)采用零电流型投切方式使得TSC设备在工作时没有冲击电流,避免了冲击电流对晶闸管以及电容器损坏。本文研究的晶闸管投切电容器(TSC)是一种基于双CPU控制无功补偿装置,采用DSP芯片进行数据采集和计算及其通讯,FPGA负责投切电容器和实现保护功能。并对TSC控制方式进行探讨。分析了TSC的主电路,并对零电流型过零信号的时序分析,对过零信号检测的硬件电路进行了设计。并搭建试验平台进行了试验。Thyristor switching capacitor(TSC)adopts zero current switching mode,so that TSC equipment does not have inrush current when working,so as to avoid the damage of inrush current to thyristor and capacitor.The thyristor switching capacitor(TSC)studied in this paper is a reactive power compensation device based on dual CPU control.DSP chip is used for data acquisition,calculation and communication.FPGA is responsible for switching capacitor and realizing protection function.The control mode of TSC is discussed.The main circuit of TSC is analyzed,and the time sequence of zero current type zero crossing signal is analyzed,and the hardware circuit of zero crossing signal detection is designed.The test platform was built and tested.
