摘　　要：本文通过分析某平板玻璃企业能耗产生的组成部分,并且比较国内外不同厂家对于平板玻璃窑炉设计的不同理念,分析和提出近期为降低能耗而对平板玻璃熔窑进行的多项优化设计手段,使企业能耗达到新的水平。This article analyzes the elements of energy consumption in a certain flat glass enterprise,compares the different design concepts of flat glass furnace manufacturers at home and abroad,analyzes and proposes multiple optimization design methods for flat glass furnaces to reduce energy consumption in short term,so as to achieve a new level of energy consumption decreasement in the enterprise.
